I was tortured ten days after a Mesa Police failed attempt to have me committed for saying that I correctly predicted an earthquake online. When they arrested me and incarcerated me for two weeks without any charges where I was questioned by U.S. Secret Service about my websites where I had correctly predicted an earthquake online. Ten days later after winning release because I did it electronically and verifiably predict an earthquake online irrefutably I was then tortured by Mesa Police and not “accidentally” or for a missing piece of pizza at the Golfland Sunsplash Pizza Kitchen. I was tortured very much on purpose. If a lawyer argues torture of the four pointed individual in their custody with the third degree burns then they are a crook. The police put a permanent pizza on my pectoral. Granted Mesa has been a steady increase in pizza served to your table crime at a restaurants for the better part of a decade though. This rights violation that occurred June 10, 2012 after I published the following tweets. The assault while I was in their custody in four point restraints. There is no excuse except that they didn’t know I did it so many times. If they knew I would have not been scarred for life. Torture with the third degree burns that had to be cut off of a third of my body or I would die. You need to understand. Resisting the police is a physical impossibility from four point and my injuries can only be sustained by a very securely four pointed individual in four point restraints. If you want to get technical so secure in fact that you can subject him to third degree burns and he will not resist. Do you know how hard that is to do? Well the officers that timed it on a stopwatch do. They held me down longer because the clothes were wet. This was a crime against humanity and a violation of my civil rights. Before I testified against the police they called me a giant rat on national television with Miley Cyrus singing to the giant rat looking just like the pictures of my injuries I had published and sent to her and SNL and NBC prior to the giant rat with a pizza on the giant rat’s chest on national television instead of the injuries on the chest of the person suspected of mental illness in the four point restraints that the police tortured with third degree burns. Later that day when they tried to put me in jail the blisters had become too large for jail nearing the size of softballs so I refused to sign the hospital paperwork with my newly found courage of witnesses I decided against strict doctors orders to immediately have the softball size blisters removed and instead decided to leave the hospital on foot very injured in order to photograph the injuries from the assault to take the pictures of my injuries the pulitzer prize winning blister shots the mesa police really would rather not have exist and you not see immediately shot in my injuries from a moving vehicle four times popping the blisters with a fully automatic paintball gun from a moving vehicle before the car sped off and of course got away as I doubled over and collaples with more pain than if they were 45 slugs. The video at the Circle K photos and video of the giant blisters were never recovered. The day I filed the lawsuit they issued a felony warrant for my arrest for charges they knew I did not commit the next day. The charges were eventually dropped but only after my “lawyer” who might find it illegal to advise clients to plead guilty to charges that he knew I did not commit unselfishly was willing to give up his 40% of the seventeen million dollar lawsuit and instructed me to sign a promise to pay another lawyer Attorney Bobby Thrasher $30,000 so he could advise me to plead guilty to the charges rather than risk the lengthy prison. Instead I just said not guilty after signing the promise to pay and they dropped the charges the next day. The lawyer then made me sign a power of attorney and stole the case.
